In my opinion that barring the state of affairs that the erstwhile Royal Lake Palace Siliserh is today, it is a nice place to have a friends or family picnic with an hour long boat ride. In absence of a royal menu in the Siliserh canteen, you can always opt for some nice Rajasthani food at the Dhabas that for a line right outside the entrance to the Lake or go to Alwar and dine out there.
